A Home for Long Poems

All those long poems you have stuffed into the cracks in the window casing to keep out the cold?  All those pieces over 10 pages in length that you have slipped under the mattress to fill in the sagging middle?  After October 1, they will have a home… or at least a place that you can submit them to.

The Seattle Review (associated with University of Washington) is reinventing itself, and no longer accepts mailed submissions.  They also no longer accept anything shorter than 10 pages.

You can read all about it here.

About jackfrey
Jack Frey lives somewhere in Northeast Asia with his wife and two young boys. He finds the letter K to be the most aesthetically pleasing of all the consonants, in both its upper and lowercase forms. Like many of us, he is currently seeking publication of his first novel.
